Bush and Cheney are both oil men and now both are wanting to drill in the Gulf of Mexico. Is it possible that they and others drove up oil prices with the intent that a crisis would allow them to fatten their bank accounts and allow them to drill for more oil in the Gulf?Are American oil men responsibe for driving up oil prices?
