How long before the raising oil prices will kill the small restaurant business?

it seems that alot of the small family restaurants around my area are closing and they are telling me that they cant raise the prices on the menu fast enough to keep up with the price increases they are getting every week without losing their costumersHow long before the raising oil prices will kill the small restaurant business?
It won't kill the small restaurant business. It will raise the prices of the food at the small restaurant business and it will get small restaurant businesses to order their ingredients more efficiently. New businesses will open that will help small businesses find everything they need in one place with delivery, and more farmers will offer delivery if small businesses will buy from them instead of grocery stores. Factors like oil prices are not what kills small businesses. Bad management is what kills small businesses. A good manager can keep people coming in no matter what the prices are, and keep costs to run the business at a low. I've done enough bookkeeping for restaurants to know that it's often the managers and owners who kill the business, not what they buy.

Hope this helps. How long before the raising oil prices will kill the small restaurant business?
No, it won't kill as long as your food is good.... Restaurant is crowded with people these days.
