Yes, for the simple reason that oil is denominated in dollars and the US dollar is being inflated. That doesn't mean the ';real'; price will necessarily increase, though.Will oil prices boom up again any time soon?
It cycles as you well know. Yes, the price will rise again. The real question is when..... May be next week, next month, next year or next decade.
