My though is that the USA has not dipped into the oil reserve or upped the oil production in the USA to see what foreign countries do. Being that the USA sucks dry and shows their dependence on other countries for their natural resources while they hold back on theirs. Go ahead keep the soaring prices of oil up up and away and see what happens. And when the USA starts to dip into there reserve and ups production lets see what happens. I think it's a conspiracy of some sort, probably linked to the presidential election. Everything is linked to that in one way or another. Nothing gets done in congress because neither party wants to upset the apple cart.
The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, same old same old. The republicans are cleaning up on the oil being so high, even the president, don't you think that he's ensuring that his future is secure before he leaves the White House? Cheney cleaned up on Haloburton.
