Oil-Free moisture product at a good price?

I'm looking for an oil-free moisture product that can (at least attempt to) block shine all day. A reasonable price would be very nice. Foundation that partners with this product would be a great bonus. Any tips on good stuff?Oil-Free moisture product at a good price?
I know Cetaphil and Neutrogena have good oil free moisturizers.
