They buy in bulk ahead of time so the prices we are paying are in relationship to the prices they paid for three months, or two months ago. When the reservoir of what they bought back then dries up then the prices will fall with the fuel they are buying now.
Providing they are honest about it.........If the price of oil is going down why isn't the price of gas at the pumps going down?
Because they like your money coming in!! DUH!! Remember that life aint fair so get used to high prices!

Depends what excuse they are using this week.
Sometimes oil is 'too expensive per barrel'. Sometimes it is 'we have enough oil, just not the needed refining capacity'.
It's gone down about 10 cents a gallon here in the last 5 days. Sorry if you're getting the shaft.
