Why are Gas prices still relatively high when the price of crude oil is the lowest it's been in decades?

GreedWhy are Gas prices still relatively high when the price of crude oil is the lowest it's been in decades?
The refineries have curtailed production.

They say there isn't any demand, because we have all started to drive much less and use less fuel.

The national stores don't store gasoline they store crude oil.

With a lack of gasoline supply the price rises.

With all of the green talk there is little incentive for oil producers to produce more and help the economy. They just get taxed for creating carbon polluting products which they don't have carbon credits to offset. They are then ask to pay the farcical carbon tax.Why are Gas prices still relatively high when the price of crude oil is the lowest it's been in decades?
At 34 dollars a barrel gas prices have climbed more than 50 cents in the last 6 weeks. Everyone is aware of it but the problem is we, as a nation, don't do anything about it. Sure, we complain, poke our fingers in the air and call the oil companies crooks. Well, we're right. Problem is we, or at least most, don't bother to contact our district congress person and let him or her know how we feel. Unless that happens, nothing gets done.
Good old American Greed ! When it was forty dollars a barrel for ten years or more, it was only 99.9 at the pump, notify your local congressman and senator and complain to them strongly, let them do their job, I recently contacted mine[ Sue Myrick, NC] she does her job,

I didn't like my loan with Countrywide and she put me in touch with the right people[ rate fixed 4.21] she called me at my residence and told me who to call, wish they all were like that. Sue you are the best !!!
...the desire for increased Corporate profit !
Couse we live in a world of capitilsm!
