The price Is controlled by what the oil Ministers choose to ask, however, the Oil Companies here in the good Ole U S A are guilty of deciding the current price of gas based on what will make them the most $$ and not what is best for their customers. proof, they are about the only industry that will raise the price almost immediately when the market futures seem High and they raise it to or just above what they expect to pay then, not what they are paying now or what they paid for what we are using today which was bought anywhere between a month and 2 quarters ago. so yes guilty but still very old news.
impossible... they do things (at least in america) to keep gasoline as the main source of fuel. but the price is controlled by supply and demand
