Hell no, McCain is an idiot and is simply trying to look good. If McCain really believes that Bush has anything to do with oil prices falling then he really, really does not need to be president. Instead he should take an Eco 101 class, focusing on Supply and Demand. It's simple to realize that as gas prices continued to climb, the demand of oil fell significantly. In my city people opted to ride the bus, or use other means of transportation. Simply put, Bush has nothing to do with the decrease in oil prices, the people of the world do.
